Used it a bunch of times for the free day with multiple sims, no issues with tethering.
Their fair use policy is extremely vague.

I remember seeing threads on this app elsewhere, iirc theres no restrictions on tethering(despite what the terms say) so you can hotspot your phone and make use of it on your laptop/tablet etc.
