  Just tested using 20x random espresso capsules. Discount succeeded. Will cost you $199.

  It automatically gave two free boxes of Soy Cappuccino (8 per box) in the cart too.

  A box seems to contain either 16x or 8x capsules depending on the type and flavour. This means it's either 320 drinks or 160 drinks.
  This would be 62 cents or $1.24 per drink, for 16 and 8 capsule boxes respectively.

  I've used this deal the last few times its come up

    This. I think the price is on RRP, for which you can do a lot better if you shop around.

    That said, at least this is the machine with the water scale control. The pods run out of content quick, so doing it by guess work would suck and be inconsistent.
