FYI This is the more portable 2.5" Laptop HDD. If you don't care about physical size or weight then the 5TB on Amazon is better value, about $20 more.

I decided on posting the portable HDD, as they tend to be more popular (no external power required).
WD 4TB internal WD40EZRZ is around $190NZD delivered via Amazon also.
Note that the article references the 'Seagate Backup Plus 4TB Portable' model. The drive inside (ST4000LM016) is the same for the Seagate Backup Plus 4TB Portable, Seagate 4TB Expansion Portable, Maxtor M3 4TB Portable, and Samsung M3 4TB Portable.
All 4 products contain the same Seagate drive, and are not soldered like WD HDDs.
I just ordered one. Unsure if I'll get the 2% cash back via TopCashBack, but a good deal regardless.
These contain a non-soldered ST4000LM016 drive. If you have a device or rack that can fit 15mm 2.5" drives, it's a bargain for a shucked drive.
(Would have been a better deal if the kiwi dollar was higher, like in February).
