The HTC J Butterfly is a smartphone designed and developed by HTC for release in Japan, and the successor to the HTC J. Unveiled on 17 October 2012 by Japanese carrier KDDI, the HTC J Butterfly was released in Japan on 9 December 2012. It is the second smartphone in the world to feature a 1080p display, after Oppo's Find 5. The phone will arrive with Android version 4.1 (dubbed Jelly Bean), a quad-core 1.5 GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, and an 8-megapixel camera. It comes with 2 GB of RAM and a 2,020 mAh battery.
