Looking for cheap 35mm film!

Does anyone here shoot film?

Recently started film photography with a 35mm film camera I bought in my recent overseas trip.

I'm relatively new to SLR film photography (haven't use a film camera in years since I was a kid in late 90s!!).

I only gone through about 6 rolls of film (most were given to me), just wondering does anyone know where I can get cheap 35mm films? and any place that develop negative colour films for a decent price? or even a film scanner to digital format?

The two big Auckland camera stores are way too expensive. Please help!

Not sure what is defined as cheap. I know I can get from my suppliers (which means most pharmacies in the country can). Retail would be $16-$20 a piece though. FujiFilm.

Amazon.com seem to have a bit of a range of Kodak film that ships to NZ - shipping seems to be around $5 USD so possibly worth a look? Looks like you can get 4x Kodak UltraMax 400 Speed 35mm 36 Exposures Film for $32 NZ or so delivered. Possibly not quite as sharply priced as Shaw's link.

  • Sweet, thanks for all the recommendation. Will have a look and tell you guys what I got at the end!
