I think you'd have difficulty finding a Australia address that you can use to forward it.
Amazon.co.uk have it for $390 NZ including delivery to NZ (AmazonGlobal Priority : get it by Oct. 29-Nov. 1), which would probably be cheapest and easiest option.

Definitely GST, shipping would be $40 - $50 if they sent it via AUSpost I'd imagine. They could always declare it at a lower value, but then you'd be screwed as far as claiming any costs if it's lost go. Fully declared value and shipping around $50, it'll be about $200 to get it here. At that point you'd be much better off buying it from the NZ Microsoft store, or buying a different bundle and the games separately, like this.

GST would kill it. Would have to double up, once when purchasing it from there (AUS GST), and then again when it gets here (NZ GST). Amazon UK had the same bundle for the same price delivered to NZ, including GST, not that long ago. Keep an eye out in the coming months for sales, should be plenty.
