No, only optional locations are in Australia. Saw it on OzB too ;)

But it found nothing.

The offer was found by a previous subscriber on their email in an attempt to tempt him to buy the book again.

    They were subscribed to the AU's one (I'm guessing that's why it's an Australian only deal). Also thought same thing may happen for nz users.
