Countdown only has the regular Dairyworks icecream listed online, not the premium
It's $8 on special (until 7th August) at New World Thorndon, full retail is $10.
Also is a 1 litre tub.

We have the advantage of having a fine icecream factory in Christchurch so able to buy premium icecream at a fraction of the price from their factory shop. From memory, few months ago was about $3-4 for 5 litres. Cheaper still for larger amounts.
Where is the icecream factory?
There are two. Both within a couple of blocks of each other. Dairyworks, the brand featured in this deal. However, was there a few weeks ago, and they don't do any sales from the factory. Least not as seconds. May be able to swing a one off wholesale deal. Done similar in past for events etc.
The other is Deep South, just off the Hornby end of Haswell Junction Rd. (16 Connaught Drive) They have a factory shop selling seconds etc. Full range of products, though the most economical product size is probably the 5 litre container size. Quite doable if you have a chest freezer. They'll also do good deals if you have a festival/fete event. Usual business hours.
Also a couple of other frozen yohgurt factories.
I have just seen the Candy Cane flavor is $3.99 at PaknSave on Moorhouse Ave. It means we can have it free with the coupon.
