As quoted in the terms and conditions:

The redemption code requires payment with an Australian or New Zealand PayPal account in order to take effect.

Vital information:

      There's been at least 6 different offers including this one this June and it's probably to boost the numbers on their financial statements since the new financial year starts next month. It's interesting to also see they've opened their offers to New Zealand since the first 20% off at selected stores promotion this month.

          @moxpearl: The code will work fine in the eBay checkout, but once you login to PayPal the discount will be removed and you'll be presented with a message saying your PayPal account isn't registered in a country eligible for the discount.

        I guess the reason why it isn't valid in NZ is because of the 15% off 93 stores coupon
