  Can I assume I have to be enrolled to their marketing email? I tried looking for that option but cannot find it under accounts.. Is it enabled at somewhere else?

    It's visible when you load the shipping basket with a product in it.

      Thanks @kiwijunglist. I tried putting an item into the checkout basket, clicked on next, and next until I got to the payment credit card no. input screen.. Not sure why it's not showing on mine? I'll try again using a computer 👍

        It's visible on my phone using mobile browser mode. Maybe you didn't get it. Or maybe need to try tomorrow.

  The $5 credit isn't visible under my account, but if you add something and then click on your shopping cart, then it's visible in green writing in a box below the enter coupon code box, it is just above the continue to payment button.
