If your camera roll is full of Halloween photos you want on one page, this is a good week for it. I'm one of the developers. The Premium Unlock in-app purchase is half price on both stores until 1pm NZDT on 2 November: NZ$4.99 in New Zealand, NZ$9.99 after that. In the US it's $2.49, down from $4.99; prices vary by country.
On iPhone the app turns photos and video clips into one collage, with 219 layouts and 12 frames around the whole collage, a Halloween one among them. Saved collages stay in the app, so you can reopen one and keep editing. Premium there is a one-off purchase that adds print and custom sizes, unlimited sticker cut-outs (3 per collage without it) and HDR video export on supported iPhones.
On Android you can search the layouts by how many photos you picked. The Android version has no sticker cut-outs and no HDR video export.
