Just tried returning a faulty good.
It tells you to speak to a bot which was an usual thing.
It then tells you to call the human agent by clicking call now. Which redirects you to the first page of customer service.
You cant get out of this loop.
Even aliexpress has a better system than Amazon now.
Be wary if anyone of you is making a purchase. Your warranty is now just one month.
I thought "warranty" was always 1 month with Amazon?
But yeah that is sad sad news if it's the way amazon is going.
