Cons of the Dyson WashG1:
No suction power – It's basically a fancy mop. It doesn't pick up hair or pet fur well, and tends to push them around instead.
Not for carpets – Hard floors only. You can't use it on rugs or carpet at all.
Maintenance is annoying – The self-clean doesn't dry the rollers, so they can get smelly if you don't take them out to air dry. You also have to manually clean the dry debris tray often, and it gets gross.
Weak on tough stains – You can't press down hard like a normal mop, so dried-on messes are hard to clean.
Limited reach – Doesn't clean well in corners or tight spaces, and can't get far under furniture.
Expensive for what it does – High price for a device that only does one job and needs regular hands-on maintenance.
