Shame, light doesn't have the same goodness as Virgin oil. I do like woolies Ozzy olive oil, that used to. Go on good sales at lot, but not for ages! 😞

I prefer my oil to not be extracted with organic solvents (like hexane). Extra virgin or nothing.

Extra Light Olive oil is not the same as Extra Virgin Olive oil ,
best to have any oils to be Cold Pressed and extra virgin , the manufacturing processes introduce heat , heats changes structure of fat in oil , not all fats are same , some are good some are not bad some are very bad- 0
