I don't know what the service like, so perhaps somebody can give feedback on that.

  • Just to add. There are 4G/5G wireless broadband plan as well.

  • Re: the service
I THINK for the most part, companies are alike these days
So better to bundle your services and take up deals like this every contract term

    • Most of the companies I have seen that allow bundles, have a higher charge for the power when using the bundle. It would pay to double check the pricing.

Mercury even had a higher power charge when choosing a discount bundle that gave a 300 power credit that would end up costing more than the flat rate with the 300 included.

  • Sky is still better i think $60 pm for 106/25
    https://www.sky.co.nz/broadband?gclsrc=aw.ds&gad_source=1&ga…

    • Unless you value the free modem Genesis provide.

    • Can you avail that price without having sky sub?

      • Sky has a free modem too but going up in price by $5 from October. Genesis is a slightly better deal

    • Managed to haggle them down to 70 for 500/100 last year. need to find someone to haggle this year..

  • All of their prices are going up by $5 a month from October.

Also that speed is really slow.

    • Just to confirm, you're referring to Sky broadband going up by $5 per month?

      • Sorry yes !

  • We just switched, are on the 500mbps plan, and are happy with it. I mainly did it for the new modem/router which is a decent one and allows me to set up a mesh network.
Only downside is that it's completely separate from our Genesis account, separate website, login, bill, etc.

  • Look like it's whitelabelled 2 degrees. So they service.

  • How many tplink units do they give or is it just the main router?

  • Any ofbthese guys offer a homeline too? Parents need a homeline

  • Chorus don't have 100 Mbps plans anymore, 300 Mbps minimum. Does that mean you pay for Fibre starter and get 300 Mbps?
