  Also, you claim "Kiwi based support" but the only contact is an email hidden deep into https://www.roammore.co/esim-install-gudie page.

  Hi Kevin, a few people contacted us recently asking for a new cheapies promo code, so we published it yesterday. We’re also in the process of retiring our legacy shop, as you mentioned.

  We’re introducing new support channels soon, including WhatsApp.

  Regarding pricing, we’ve decided to use a multi-network approach whenever possible and the premium network in each country to ensure customers have the best coverage. While we understand some customers prefer the cheapest option, we’ll let you see the network and 4G/5G options before you buy. But we will look into loading the cheap networks.

  Hi Kevin, in Japan, we offer access to NTT Docomo, Rakuten Mobile, KDDI/au and SoftBank 5G networks, providing stable coverage across those cities. Before you checkout, you can select your currency and be charged without your bank’s FX fee. Once the legacy shop.roammore.co is retired, the new checkout will automatically detect your location and default the currency, as most of our purchases currently originate from North America.

  We should be able to present a better experience fairly soon. However, if you’d prefer the cheapest price for each country, let us know and we’ll look into getting those products. Even major networks like Telstra in Australia offer low-priority and standard access.

    I really wanna go for a Kiwi base company, but esim.dog also does those carriers with a Breakout IP in Hong Kong (I cant see the breakout IP on your website. At the moment I'm looking at this option from them

    my trip is only 10 days, so its pretty good. I'm trying to find a good combination on your website but it just can't beat the other provider.

  Thanks for the feedback, Kevin. We completely understand that price is the main deciding factor for some people.

  On breakout locations, that's something we'll look at adding. We've been testing different setups to prioritise speed, but we've found that a lot of users would rather their breakout was in their home country for the experience it delivers, even when they don't realise the breakout can affect speed, regional restrictions and language. Generally we get better feedback when the breakout comes to New Zealand for Kiwi customers, or the US for Americans.

  We'll keep testing the approach, and once we land on the best option we'll publish the information.

  We'll also look into a low-priority options as an additional value focused choice for customers.
