It's actually a bit more like getting the $75,000 Mercedes for $65,000, and then the PU leather seat covers are thrown in for the good laugh… just as you said. 😉 The headset is simply a little bonus, not the reason to buy the cockpit.

Put that in the deals description mate, it doesn't say anywhere in your description here or on your website that the price is discounted, it just says that this is the price and if you pay it we'll give you this e-waste headset as a bonus.

For a minimum F1 sim racing setup, you’ll need the essentials:
A racing cockpit or sturdy wheel stand, a force feedback steering wheel, and a set of pedals. From there, you can add upgrades like a proper racing seat, shifter/handbrake (depending on the games you play), a monitor or VR headset, and accessories such as a headset, keyboard tray, or monitor mount.
A good cockpit and wheel setup are the best places to start. You can always build and upgrade your setup over time as as your passion grows and your lap times drop. 😉

A wheel, pedals, and a display and PC at least. What do you mean by minimum? Sky is kinda of the limit with sim rig setups. What's your budget?
Ideally less than $1000 for all. May be the other white F1 seat is an option.
bought mine white f1 version for 800 from pbtech, it usually goes on sale, but this cockpit shakes as hell, cant recommend
If your white Playseat F1 cockpit is shaking badly, the cause is usually flex in the frame, mounting points, or floor stability rather than a defect.
Try these fixes:
Check all bolts connecting:
seat frame → base
steering wheel mount → main frame
pedal plate → frame
shifter mount (if fitted)
Tighten firmly, but don't overtighten and damage the tubes.
Check again after a few hours of use.
Recommended starting points:
Logitech G923/G29: usually fine
Thrustmaster T300/T598/T818: may need adjustment
Fanatec CSL DD / DD Pro: reduce torque
Stronger direct drive wheels (8–12Nm+): expect some movement unless reinforced
Try reducing FFB strength by 20–40% and see if the shaking improves.
Solutions:
Add rubber washers between mounting points
Use locking nuts/thread locker
Add a support bracket underneath the wheel plate if possible
Make sure the wheel base is mounted flat (not pulling the plate upward)
Try:
Move it onto a solid surface (wood/concrete floor)
Avoid thick carpet
Add a rubber mat underneath the cockpit
Make sure all feet are touching the ground evenly
Try:
Moving the seat closer to the pedals
Lowering the seat angle if adjustable
Avoid leaning heavily into the wheel during force feedback

This is the funniest post I've seen in a while. The free headset is worth $19, do you reckon anyone spending $1200 on a sim racing cockpit would even let a $19 gaming headset anywhere near their ears? It's like advertising a Mercedes for $75,000 that comes with the "free gift" of a set of PU Leather Car Seat Covers from Kmart worth $39. Thanks for giving me a good laugh.
