    Have these already run out? I can't see any mention of a free lifetime sub from within the app nor via the webpage

      Hiya, opening on an iOS device should take you to the app store to claim the license. Once you're logged in, head to Settings > Premium and restore purchases if necessary.
      If it's still giving you grief, fire your in-app handle to [email protected] and I'll get it lined up.
