After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to withdraw from the New Zealand market and we will be ceasing to provide the Zip Pay in 4 product.
What is changing
We are writing to let you know that on 16 August 2026, your Spend Limit under your Pay in 4 Account will reduce to $0.00 and you will no longer be able to make new purchases.
When this change takes effect
This change will take effect on 16 August 2026 at 11:59pm NZST.
What this means for you
From 17 August 2026, you will not be able to make new Purchases under your Zip Pay in 4 Account. This change does not affect:
any amounts you currently owe us under your Payment Schedules;
the dates or amounts of any payments due to us under your Payment Schedules; or
any other terms of your Agreement with us.
You are still required to make all payments under any Payment Schedules on the Payment Dates specified. Details of your Payment Schedules are set out in your Account dashboard.
If you wish to make early repayments in advance of any due date, you can do so by logging into your Account.
Once you have paid everything due to us we may close your Zip Pay in 4 Account.

Since our arrival in the market, we have been overwhelmed by the positive response from our customers and we would like to thank you for your loyalty and support.
It was good a few years ago when they did $10/$20 off spend at TWH etc, but since then, meh. Closed my account a few weeks ago since it sat idle.
