Address for returning Sky modem

Hi, what is the address for returning Sky modem please?

I was billed for non-return of the modem. I did send it back. So I needed to send NZ Post a query and they required the recipient address.

    How are you doing a NZPost claim when you don't know the tracking number?

    Surely sky can confirm it was shipped by the tracking ?

    Just push them, say you sent it back and the tracking shows delivered.
    If they don’t refund, do a chargeback

    I have heard of this happening at 2degrees because the 3rd party supplier was slow at processing returns

      But you can't say tracking shows delivered, when you don't know the tracking number……….

    When I signed up recently, the CSR told me they will provide a return envelop to return the modem. Is this not the case?

      They did, and I did sent it back, but the package wasn't tracked and they claimed I didn't send it back. All I got now is the sercurity camera showing it was picked up from our place more than a month ago.
