Durations run 1–7, 10, 12, 15, 20 and 30 days, and the code works across all 160+ destinations (Australia, Europe, USA, UK and more on the site). One heads-up: European destinations are single-country plans — we don't have an all-Europe multi-country plan yet, so multi-country Europe trips would need a plan per country.
We're also currently in the process of developing our app, so our eSIMs are delivered instantly via email/QR.
📋 Other important details
- Data-only eSIMs - no calls/SMS
- NZ cards accepted
- Works alongside your normal NZ SIM on compatible dual-SIM phones
- Routing: data routes through our nearest regional node (Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Japan, UK or US), which may add some latency vs a local physical SIM. Fine for maps, browsing, messaging, streaming and video calls.
- Unlimited daily plans: full speed up to 5GB per day, then slowed to 1Mbps until the next daily reset
- Hotspot/tethering supported, up to 2GB/day
- QR code valid 180 days from purchase - if unused, it auto-activates at the 180-day mark, so don't buy too far ahead
- Refunds: full refund any time before activation. If the eSIM doesn't work after activation, we'll replace it or refund you in full.
