i got these because i saw many uni students buying them and man it made studying alot more stressful than just eating well and exercising.

V doesn't seem to hit the spot for me, I still get tired and able to sleep. But Red bull works, does anyone know why?

V hasn't been the same since the recipe change. From what I know v gets it caffeine's from guarana and other energy drinks like red bull don't, could be a connection there. Also V has 10 times as much sodium as coke, so a small can will have more than a 2.25 litre bottle of coke. Probably explains why it dehydrates me.
