Just purchased an Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller for a discounted price of $237.98 (rrp $300) from The Warehouse via a price match from PB Tech.
PB Tech seems to be sold out and their next order is dated for 21 August, but there's still stock showing at the Warehouse.
Overall a pretty solid controller IMO. People have reported issues with stick drift and dodgy paddles but me personally, I've got easily 5+ plus solid years out of mine (buying this one as gift).

Love the standard Xbox controllers, they are my preferred controller when playing on PC, I'd use them on the PS5 if I could, and this is coming from someone who owns a Dualsense Edge, I find them that good and comfortable to use. The Elites are in my opinion absolutely terrible. If they work 100% out of the box, and that's a big if, but if they do then enjoy it while it lasts, because as someone on Reddit replied to a person who was asking if Elite 2 controllers are really as bad as people say they are "It’s the single best controller you will ever have for 6 months."
