Nowadays you can get a free Gilmours account (required for purchasing from them) even if you're just an individual not associated with a business; might have to rock up in person for them to let you do that though. The store is doing daily deals (might be for the whole week?) as a birthday celebration, Monday was $6 pork belly. In-store only as Gilmours don't allow online shopping for individuals as far as I'm aware.

Nope any1 can buy from Gilmores. Just walk instore and signup over the counter takes 2mins they just need cell number, address etc thats all.

Not sure when but they do allow it; I'm an individual and was allowed to sign up (Jan 2025), no special exemption or anything. Maybe you need to go in-person if it's the exception rather than the rule?

Since they are primarily selling to businesses, the prices quoted at Gilmours are exclusive of GST, so that $10.00 per kg will come out to $11.50 per kg inc GST.
They've changed their membership registration policy. Just tell them at the checkout that you're not a member and don't want to register, and they'll give you a day pass.
