We don't have anything like this currently.
Probably a silly question, but can you have something like this installed, and still pull the cords manually without damaging or degrading the electric motor, or are you supposed to always do it 'electronically' once installed?
As an example, I am comparing to automatic boot openers on cars. If you have one where you press a button, the advice seems to be that manually pulling it up and down will (eventually if not immediately) damage the electric motor.
