  No physical address, nothing about who is behind this (about us on website is super vague) plus weekly "discounts" posted here with zero engagement. I am sorry but from my perspective this is getting to be spammy.

    We’re a small NZ family-run fragrance decant business based in Levin, and we understand trust is important, especially when shopping online. We’re still growing and improving our website, including making the About Us section clearer.

      Fair comment, and we completely understand how it may look from the outside.

      We’re a new small family business, and honestly, it has been a real learning journey for us. Like many small businesses starting out, we’re trying our best to get seen, build trust, and find the right way to offer value without coming across the wrong way.

      Our intention has never been to spam the community. We’ve simply been trying different offers while learning what actually helps people and what feels useful here.

      We genuinely appreciate the honest feedback, and we’ll take it on board with respect. :)

    Fair point, and thank you for saying that. Cheapies is definitely for everyone, and we understand the community wants deals that more people can use too.

    The CSC / Gold Card discount came from a good place. As a small family business, we know how much even a little saving can mean when budgets are tight, so we wanted to do something kind for those who may appreciate the extra support.

    But you’re right - we also want to make sure there are offers for the wider Cheapies community. We’ll take this feedback on board and look at sharing a deal that everyone can access as well.

  Thank you to everyone who gave us the chance to interact with the Cheapies community for the first time.

  As a new small family business, we’re still learning, growing, and trying our best to bring something useful and innovative to fragrance lovers in New Zealand.

  We initially launched Scent Droplet as a perfume decant store only. Within just one month and half, thanks to the support and interest we received, we expanded to include accessories, perfume oils, selected full bottles, water perfumes, alcohol-free fragrances, and more.

  We’re genuinely trying our best to listen, improve, and offer better value while building trust as a new family business.

  We truly appreciate the honest feedback, comments, questions, and even the constructive criticism. It means a lot to have the opportunity to introduce Scent Droplet, explain who we are, and hear directly from the community.

  At the end of the day, we are not a big corporate business. We are a tiny family business working day and night to offer beautiful-smelling fragrances at the most affordable cost we can, so more Kiwi households can enjoy them without feeling like luxury is out of reach.
