      I must be doing something wrong - I can't work out how you get a 4x score multiplier? I have all the buddies apart from 9 and 15, but those are apparently extra targets. I start by hitting the target at the top of the M, but that only ever gets me a 2x multiplier.

        7 and 14 give you multipliers. You need to hit the top of the M 3 times to get to 4x.

        And that only lasts 4-5 seconds before it reverts to 3x, then 2x and so on.

          This is super impressive, what's your secret? I've had 15k a couple of times today, basically by keeping 5x the whole time, and switching between Ronald McDonald and the Macca's bin next to him for 500 points each time and to keep the combo stacking. But you must have something much better to have gotten 20k a week ago!

            @pokergiraffe: Maintaining a 5x score multiplier and hitting nothing but the left lamp post target haha.

              @simch: Haha that's crazy! Even hitting it about 9 times at 250 points each time before refreshing my 5x, the best I can get that way is about 10k. Have you tried the Ronald McDonald? It's quite easy to hit in the same way, but worth double the points and quite often gets rebounds off other high value stuff too.

              Edit: Have just realised I waste about 15 seconds at the start of the game getting to 5x, so I'm probably just significantly slower than you! Any tips?

                @pokergiraffe: I just tried the Ronald McDonald but it's nowhere near as fast as the left lampo post. In general, I find that spending any time to aim means a lower score than I'm currently getting.

                Most of the time when hitting the left lamp post, it bounces of it and hits something else (usually the goal which is 100).

                My first 9 seconds is spent doing this: multiplier - lamp post - multiplier - lamp post - multiplier - lamp post - multiplier - lamp post - multiplier. It's then lamp post until multiplier drops to 4x, at which point I re-up the multiplier.

                  @simch: Haha awesome, thanks for the video!

                  My aim is actually better for Ronald than it is for the lamppost - trying to copy you exactly only got me about 17k. But doing the same as what you suggested at the beginning (x2 Ronald x3 Ronald x4 Ronald x5 Ronald), and firing off at Ronald without worrying too much about specific aim, I can hit him about 3/4 of the time. Which got me over 20k for the first time!

    I've been playing this every day and go to the local maccas every second day to redeem 2 deals at once. My favourite is getting a hot chocolate, except through the large drinks menu. The docket that prints out says hot chocolate - large, however they only give you a small. I've discussed this every time and as long as you have the printout that says large, they can't argue with you and you get a large one (which is just two smalls put into a larger cup). I think it's a bug in the ordering system.. but whatever. I'm sure the managers know me by now hahaha.

        I would say any store, but I've done it at 3 in lower Hutt, Petone and jville. Now, I never said anything about the quality of it, just that you can get more of it. But whether you actually want it in the first place, is up to you.

    You only get to redeem one voucher a day, but every time you play, the points required goes up 25 points. SO if you play multiple times a day, your required level will go up every single time. Not just once a day. I figured that out after a few days. So I quit playing, and only do once a day. You get no added advantage playing more than once a day, except it increases your required points level.

      You can redeem up to two a day - they just have to be in separate orders. Order one after the other.

        Sorry, I meant that you can only earn one voucher a day, not redeem. Bad grammar. If you read my previous post you'll see that I've been redeeming 2 a day since the beginning, so yes I already know that.

      Not me. I save my vouchers and get 2 every other day, but never had 2, 2 days in a row. Only one a day. But they expire the day after you earn them.

      Nahh it's your local store that has run out of soft serve cones (or machine "out of action" again lol). Also, it's school term break, and parents using your local maccas as day care centres.

    Thanks everyone for the tips on how to score lots more points in the game. After 2 weeks of failing to meet the required levels we managed to score enough points to win rewards again, so my kiddo went to a store twice a week to claim. He usually goes there once a week anyway.
