Wondering if anyone knows exactly how the Noel Leeming birthday voucher works specifically when they're sent. I know they lasts 1 month https://help.noelleeming.co.nz/Help/s/article/MyNoelleeming-…
I've seen people refer to it as a birthday month voucher but I'm not sure if this is just because it lasts a month or it's sent at the beginning of the month. Which probably means if haven't set your birthday and it's in June you're SOL for this year even if it's at the end of June. (Well maybe you could convince live chat, I dunno.)
If it's sent a set number of days before your birthday, does anyone know exactly how many days? E.g. Briscoes is 7 days before. And while they do send reminders, you do need to have set your birthday before the morning of when it will be first sent or you won't get it/be able to use it. P.S. I've seen people say they stopped receiving vouchers but people were still receiving them as of 2025 https://www.cheapies.nz/node/20699 .
The last few I have received have been on the day the birthday has been set.
One account has the birthday on the 1st of the month and the other towards the end of the month and both arrived on the day.
These have both been within the past two months, so it's still happening.
Also, even though the voucher says it lasts a month it actually lasts a lot longer.
In my case, I have used a voucher that was dated 6 months prior without issue.
You must have 'myNoelLeeming exclusive offers and member benefits' selected under communication preferences in order to get the voucher, not just your birthday loaded.
