2.5kw is great value at $720
3.5kw seems incredible best value at $815
5.0kw I have in main area. It's a slightly wider internal unit, but obviously has the most power.
2 year warranty isn't great in the industry (5-7 is easily achieved), my partner says just CGA them if they break…
All seem to EER ratio around 4.1-4.3 for heating which is better but only saves $10 a year compare to midea equivalent 😅
Geo range has best air filtration in the industry so that's the main perk compared to all others.
Wind/air free mode is good for cooling only
I have had them installed by budget electrician in auckland for $500 each (5-700 each for install is a good price)
App is so usable that I don't ever use the remotes.
I will purchase again and again, as long as you feel comfortable giving them a runaround if there's any issues after two years… Most aircons last eight to 15 years.
My house needs updated insulation, gaps sealed in the windows etc however heat pumps are a very cost effective way to maintain comfort, is electricity is pretty cheap compared to any labour.

Regarding the codes it's only one at a time right now but sometimes there's two but I don't think they overlap them very much. Last time I got two codes working on EPP was January
