Maybe about 25% of the time. I find it quite annoying because I'm usually too busy to check, then when I go to the pantry/fridge to grab the stuff I need it isn't there. I'd have to go online to report a missing item. I usually get a refund but I often buy things on sale, so the refund might only be enough to buy half of the amount at the regular price.

Had no issues in the 15+ orders we have done, only time they missed stuff was it was in a freezer section at pickup location which we went back to ask for.

Wait click and collect costs money now? Damn

It's been a few months. I used to have about 2 orders there each week, but not anymore. I don't shop instore there either. I suspect something similar has occurred in other families, and Woolworths's sales must have suffered.

not enough to earn money off groceries… in the future they might charge you to enter their shop.

CostCo do that already - seems to work well for them, so maybe you are correct that Woolworths should do the same.

Tried to use this but came up with this message?

Tried it earlier, worked fine. Now getting that same message.

F me. Just wasted 20 min shopping. Do I now just pay the $3.50 pickup fee?

Well, it's $5 (due to bags), so that's a no from me.
This is the cheapies way.

How many times do you find things missing, those who do online supermarket shopping?
