    True presence sensors like this one are newer and more expensive. I don't think this price is unreasonable. Pir only sensors are cheap. I'd love a matter version

        This $4 price is the typical AliExpress bait & switch pricing but that listing also shows an apples with apples comparison for like $16+GST incl shipping
