          For $6 it's worth the try. Definitely better than a Big mac. I would say they are comparable to Carl's Jr. They seldom have deals for the premium range burgers. Occasionally they have deals for the value meals bundle. Alternatively you can continue to spin until you hit the $1 or $3 streaky bacon burger and try that out. I will be having the $3 burger today for lunch #choicefatties

    BK never seems to let me pickup an app order at the drive through, so I don't bother anymore.

      you can do a normal pickup and still go to drivethru and ask for it, they'd give you your order

        The drive-thru option is always unavailable when I've tried at the two Palmy locations, will have to give this a try.

          Same in Christchurch. They told me it is due to the way the app works at the moment, it isn't properly integrated with their shop software. It wants to cook the food straight away and the drive-thru option messes that up.

          They have always had terrible IT systems. But at least that wasn't an issue with the old system.

          yeah nah that's annoying, their app sucks, but just pick it up at the drivethru, I do it all the time tho it works I tried that in Auckland and Welly

            @maiyahee: It’s good that it works at least, but with the old system, it wouldn’t start cooking until you were nearby for a drive-thru order. Without that functionality, you pretty much have to use the app right before going through the drive-thru.

    Definitely not as good as earlier roulettes.

    I've really gone off BK over the last year. Their app continues to be a massive PITA and their store integration with app ordering/Crowns has been broken for surely at least a year now.

      Also the number code they give you when you order in the app is a different number they call out in store. Why bother even giving a number when you have to listen out for the items in the order then open the app to show its what you ordered.

      Yes the app is a pain to use having to show the code at the till, no barcode to scan similar to mc donalds,

      The app is bad. It even needs you to enter CC details on free items. And often fails to process it.

          Nope $13 price tag is pretty steep. But It is a thicker slab of burger would pay $7 and next time won't get the sauce it is diabetic inducing sweet.

      I haven't won crowns in ages, so I can't tell. If I win the $1 burger however, everything went well.
