So based on good feedback here from others, I signed up to ShopBack NZ but am striking many different problems with missing cashbacks.
Yes, I am using the app and making purchases from the App and within the App itself.
The "help" is useless AI and even when you manage to get a real person at Support, it's still useless as many of them are just as helpful as AI chatbot!
Is there any way I can improve this experience/stop wasting as much time chasing support and having no luck?!

If you can describe some of the problem experiences you've had people might be able to figure out where things are going wrong.
