Not sure if anyone would be interested in this but I recently started using the Ladder fitness app at home with a few dumbbells, barbells and bench, and found it great for not having to worry about what exercise to do. It's like having a personal trainer and you can pick one who matches your fitness goals. The only downside is, you must use an Apple device as the app isn't available on android.
