Has anyone faced this recently with Noel Leeming?
There is this agent called "Timah" always replies with "Unfortunately we are having technical issues at the moment." for any price match request no matter when you message.
I tried it twice - days apart, and both times I managed to get the same CSR with the same response, however when my colleague tried with a different CSR agent, they managed to get it matched instantly.
