Cheesecake shop cakes freeze well but take about a day to defrost in the fridge. They will last well in the fridge until the best before date on the box.

Do they use any cream cheese?
From experience, their cakes can be refrigerated for 3 days to even a week depending on the product variety. I would wrap the whole cake box in cling wrap or move the cake to a odourless airtight container etc to prevent from 'odour contamination' which will keep it tasting like original longer.
See if you can pay today and pick up tues or wed. Last time they did the 9.90 quarters i ordered and picked up like 4 days later. The shop owner was shocked, he said you are so lukcy, the promo ended on Sunday I dont know how you made the order lol It was literally allowed by the system
