I believe the 256GB Flips come down to ~$1000 (excl. trade-in, usually incl. accessories) on EPP every now and then.
The Folds come down to ~$1400-1600 as well.
Edit: for context, got a 256GB Flip down to $60 last week trading in a 128GB Pixel 9 Pro. The 256GB Fold 7 came down to $600.

Yes, it's legit. I brought a number of phones, coffee makers, and other accessories. Any faults, they remedy them very quickly in my experience; excellent service and communication.
