- After submitting their entry, Eligible Entrants can claim their Gifts by collecting instore only. Pet parents can visit store, show the store staff their redemption email including a coupon which will be scanned alongside the three pouches. Max 1 Gift per person.
- Depending on the age of the cat, Royal Canin will share a tailored email with the pet parent advising which Gift they should collect, however, it will be at the final discretion of the retail store staff as to which sample they collect based on any cat health needs and stock availability.
