Just wondering - is anyone here using a free (or low‑cost) AI personal workout app?
A friend recommended Planfit - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mih.planfi…, which uses AI to create personalised workouts (they said it’s been super motivating). It’s about ~$50/year.
Curious if anyone’s tried something similar — especially apps that help with goals like bulking, cutting, or general fitness? Also probably that runs on Android phones.
Why not just use chatgpt? Between that and the likes of youtubing squat university, Jeff nippard, etc you can figure out a decent routine pretty easily.
80% of your goals are made not in the gym, but the kitchen just as an FYI. I'm really not joking it makes all the difference.
