  • How to find the cheapest flight to Dubai? Any hack or trick rather than a simple searching the flights? 17/12/2026 to 30/01/2027?

    • Consider two one-ways as well, and als a double return - eg AKL to SYD return, and SYD to DXB return, can sometimes work out better!

  • Auckland to Italy on Turkish Airlines - Milan from $1381, Rome from $1391 Return — Link not working?

    • Thanks, I was doing a bulk update on posts this morning to clean up the old booking links, and my tests didn't catch everything. Fixing stuff as I go, and that's one of them (deploying now).

  • Looks like Turkish Airlines is not bike friendly with Euro140 fee for bicycle if flying to Italy.
Are you able to confirm cost when carrying bicycle as part of 30kg baggage allowance?
    Thanks

From experience the gulf state airlines are less strict on size as long as weight is under the limit. Tailwinds. https://www.reddit.com/r/bicycletouring/s/bUcJG2vQWc .

    • Thanks for the link.
Emirates is looking ok for European bike packing flights at the moment.
