Seems to be very cheap and I've checked with a hair dresser who knows the brand and it looks like a price error

            @nevergofullretail: If they were discounting it means they were trying to get stock moving. I hope they honour it because surely if it weren’t for the pricing error, they would not have sold as many units at $479

            • @Frugalgal: I doubt that's the case if others have had their orders cancelled, they are unlikely to cancel selectivly. Mines still showing as confimed, I expect a cancellation email tomorrow.

            So since they have charged us for it, does that mean they will offer an alternative product of equal value?

            I mean I’m not going to push it when it inevitably gets cancelled but it’s an interesting one!

            • @thats mum life: Reminds me of the torpedo 7 vouchers a few years back that bugged and gave huge discounts and their terms of purchasing pretty much said once the money leaves your account it's yours. I didn't pursue my 1 item and let them cancel it, but a bloke at work went to town on about $2000 worth of stuff and argued their terms said they couldn't back out. They ended up compromising and sending some of his order out like cheaper smart watches than the 3 big ticket ones he purchased, but he agreed to it as they were pushing to cancel the order outright.

    as of 3:59pm, my order is yet to be cancelled.
    Paid with Shoppay (with stored C/C) so maybe that is taking longer to cancel/refund maybe?

      Mine was through Shoppay as well. Cancellation email came at 6:59am, looks like someone had ro start very early ro sort out the mess. I was bit greedy and purchased 2 so probably top on the list for cancellation. Money was refunded back into my bank account at the same time.

  • Well…I'm still waiting - not sure if that's a good thing or not? I placed an order about 40 minutes after this deal was published, so I'm assuming I was one of the earlybirds - and I've not heard anything from the company yet.

    Payment has been taken - it went from processing to completed on my credit card.

    Still fully expecting (and understand why) it to be cancelled, just unsure why it's taking so much longer than everyone else.
