has anybody had there item removed from there online orders?
i ordered a controller online the day they had the 50% off sale 2 days ago i checked and it still was not shipped
but today i have checked and my order is not on my account anymore
checked and have not gotten an email from them
do you think i will get my item or will i get a refund i checked my paypal and i have no refunds

Unrelated, I went into EBG a few days ago and spotted a few items including one I was quite keen on buying. I took them to the counter. Two of the three wouldn't scan (but they found the items in their database), the third, and the one I really wanted, didn't scan either, and then I was told they couldn't find the item in the DB at all. Because of that, I was told they couldn't sell it to me and took it away. As the guy behind the counter tried to continue with the sale of the other, lesser significant items, I was just so flabbergasted by the response, I said "don't worry about it", and walked away.
I get they've gone under, but surely an exception could've been made and a price entered for the sale (having worked in retail, there are legitimate ways to do this for items not in the system).
