🌱 Why Swan Plants?
This perennial swan plant is well known for attracting monarch butterflies, which love laying their eggs on them.
🐛 Important Timing Note
- Wait 2–3 weeks for seedlings, or 10 days for established plants
- This allows plants to settle and any residual spray to dissipate
- Always test with one caterpillar first before adding more
🌿 Planting Tips
- Plant in full sun
- Use well-drained soil
- Keep soil moist during summer
- Space plants 70 cm apart
- Choose a sheltered spot to protect from wind
- Suitable for ground planting or pots/containers
