    Yep - I just picked one up from Wellington Central. New Zealand beef as opposed to Pak'nSave specials, and they had quite a few in stock.

    Picked up one, it was a Silver Fern Farms packaging though all stores are likely different. Very nice quality

  Hi do you prepare these? Cut a bunch of steaks cross wise down the length. Can they be frozen without impacting quality much etc?

    I do this: Cut out all the visible silverskin. Portion them out to nice and thick steaks - about 2/3 finger widths, wrap each piece in glad wrap and then put them in zip lock bags (or vacuum seal each piece) so it’s easy to take out and defrost. Never had any issues with quality doing this.
