I’ve been having constant network issues with Kogan Mobile. Most of my calls are getting missed, and even within Auckland, especially on the motorway I often have no signal. It’s affecting my work quite badly. What would you suggest? I’m using a Samsung S22 Ultra with a physical SIM.
How's Kogan network for you guys

Same as 2 degrees. Auckland urban. Calls being missed. I'm sure spark network might be the best bet for Auckland.

Kogan/mightymobile have been great on my pixel and 5g routers. I havent had any missed calls or issues around auckland.
Have you tried another phone?,
I agree with @coffeee about trying a different phone and / or trying a SIM from a completely different provider (different network) in your current phone.
Its always possible that, say, the aerial in your phone is damaged, and you'd have the same issue on another network. If the first test resolves the issue, then likely the phone. If the second does, then that points to the network.

Have you set the phone to 4G? Is the phone a New Zealand model or a parallel import? Retired phone engineer here - I'm asking for a reason.

I changed from warehouse mobile to Kogan a week ago. Both of them worked/has been working very well for my OPPO with a physical SIM card. I agree with one reply from a phone engineer who mentioned the reason for 5G network.

Process of elimination is good. Swap sim into a different phone. Test . Swap different sim into your phone. Test.
OH and also the most basic of things to do - restart your phone. Many people just don't and it's surprising how many faults this can make go away.

I tested my s20 with a kogan sim and 2degrees and notice the signal is weaker than my other phone, 5g speeds were fine.

Have three in our household on Kogan since this time last year. Coverage hasn't been quite as good as Spark but still more than sufficient.

On Kogan 4G, using S25 (NZ version). Auckland based. Been great for me.

Quit your job seems like the obvious option..
