Has anyone had problems this year and not yet received their cash back for their promotion?

If you didn't immediately get an email after eligible spend then the place you shopped at probably wasn't part of the promotion.

  I never got emails from them in the past but they almost showed up next day. This time it's been a month and still nothing but they are saying it can take up to 90 days

I had to chase one of mine after the first 3 went fine. Told them the store was clearly showing as a participant in the shop small map. Luckily I take screenshots before going so sent to them and they had to manually apply a "goodwill credit"

Nope, got 5x $5 back quickly this time, all within 3 days. The $5 credit for online ones like Bookme showed on the same day. I got no emails like dealhunter has suggested.

Got all of mine within 24 hours, and received emails for all of them.
