I'm looking for something and I came across it on Rubber Monkey. I checked their reviews, but just checking if anyone had any experience with them.
I see their return policy is a bit interesting (mostly a store credit rather than a refund) - wondering if anyone had any bad experiences with them? Is it a drop ship website?

Yes a quality NZ based store. Very good reputation. They sometimes have crazy clearance deals. Like 1c items. But pretty obscure stuff.
(Disclaimer: I've invested some money in them when they did a cash raise a few years ago to expand into Australia)
I've bought some stuff from there, camera battery and some vlogging stuff. Came quick, decent quality been around 8 months now no issues yay!
I've bought an expensive camera from them a few years ago, and a bunch of cheaper accessories. Shipped quickly, had no issues.
I've talked with support, they were friendly and quick to reply.
They have an office in Wellington where you can pickup.
They're not drop shipping, if the site says it's in stock, they have it (though if the item says "In Stock with Supplier", then it ships from the supplier).
In general, I've found they curate the products they sell pretty well, keeping out most of the crap. Though usually on the higher end for pricing. But they do price match.
They've expanded into aussie a few years ago too.

Excellent customer service and they like others have said above, they really care about the kind of products they stock.
Use them all the time for work, items always shipped quickly.. usually with a few fruit burst scattered inside
