TVNZ Blacksand (the creative and production team at Television New Zealand Limited (TVNZ)) is running this Competition for Morgan Furniture (the Company).
IMPORTANT: By entering this competition and uploading your image you:
agree that TVNZ may use, retain, broadcast and publish as it sees fit, your uploaded image, your first name and surname initial, the names of the people included in the image, the location, and any other information included in your entry;
confirm that you own the intellectual property rights in the image or have permission from the person who owns the intellectual property rights in the image to use the video in connection with the competition; and
confirm that you have permission from anyone else featured in your mage (and if under 16 their parents or guardian’s permission) to use their image in connection with the competition.
You acknowledge that TVNZ will not be liable in connection with the usage/publication of your image, and you agree to indemnify TVNZ for any claims associated with the usage/publication of the same.- The Prize

- Entry Period
The Competition will run from 0600 on Monday 24th November until 1600 on Thursday 27th November 2025 (Entry Period). Only valid entries received during the Entry Period will be accepted.
- Eligible Entrants
To be eligible to enter the Competition, you must:
a) Be a New Zealand resident.
b) Be 18 years of age or older OR
c) The Promotion is open to anyone who doesn’t work at Morgan Retail Ltd or Morgan Furniture International Ltd
- How to Enter
To enter the Competition, you must do the following during the Entry Period:
a) Online - Head to www.winwithbreakfast.co.nz and complete the competition entry form
- Publication of Details
You agree that TVNZ may broadcast and publish as it sees fit, your first name and the first initial of your last name, in connection with the Competition.
- Choosing a Winner
The winner of the Competition (Winner) will be drawn at random by TVNZ on Thursday 27th November 2025 at 1630 and announced live on Breakfast on Friday 28th November at approximately 0835. TVNZ will contact you via email and provide your details to the Company. If you don’t respond within 3 working days, the prize will be forfeited and another prize winner may be selected at TVNZ’s discretion on the same terms as the original draw.
- Delivery of the Prize
Unless indicated otherwise, the Company will provide the Prize directly to the Winner. TVNZ will not be responsible for any failure of the Company to deliver the Prize.
GENERAL TERMS FOR ENTRANTS
By entering the Competition, you agree to the Rules and confirm you meet the Eligibility Requirements.All entries may be subject to verification by TVNZ. You may be required to provide proof of eligibility to enter the Competition, including but not limited to evidence of residence and identity. GENERAL TERMS FOR WINNERS
Prizes cannot be refunded or exchanged for monetary payment.Prizes are personal to the Winner and cannot be transferred to someone else unless TVNZ agrees. If the Winner is unable to accept the Prize for any reason, TVNZ may award the Prize to another winner.If the Winner is disqualified for any breach of these Rules (e.g. TVNZ determines the Winner does not meet the Eligibility Requirements), TVNZ will choose another winner.In the event that TVNZ changes the Prize, TVNZ will swap it out for something which is worth the same or more.Sometimes there can be tax implications with winning a prize. It is the Winner’s responsibility to seek independent financial advice, at the Winner’s sole expense, regarding any tax implications relating to the Prize or acceptance of the Prize.
Unless expressly stated as being included in the Prize, all other costs and expenses associated with accepting and using the Prize are the responsibility of the Winner.
Special Conditions- We ask that the winner sends in a before and after photo of their new product/s set up in their home (once purchased and the product is received), so that it can be shared via our social channels.
a) Permission is automatically granted to Morgan Furniture International ltd. to use the supplied image/s, upon acceptance of the prize.
- The prize package will be one La-Z-Boy to the value of RRP $5,000. This is non-negotiable and not able to be exchanged for cash.
a) Please note – delivery and manufacturing timeframes will apply when purchasing products.
b) If your desired product is higher than the stated RRP $5,000 value you will be required to pay the difference. If it is lower than the stated RRP $5,000 value, you will not receive the balance in account credit. No cash will be given for the balance.
c) The gift voucher is redeemable in-store at La-Z-Boy stores or participating stockists.
