Curious if anyone else is getting what I'm getting on the EPP portal for Samsung.
Trying to purchase 49" Odyssey G9 G91F DQHD 144Hz Gaming Monitor as well as a Galaxy Watch 8 44mm LTE watch.
Can do all the trade in and trade ups which is cool but there should be an EPP code NOV-BLACKFRIDAY-E25 to get a bit more.
I'm getting the classic "The code you entered did not affect your order. Please note, codes may only be valid for certain items or in certain conditions" so spent some time on the live chat. They were stumped and said they're aware of an issue and to try again later… I asked them when later is but they didn't offer anything useful.
Anyone else run into this issue? Anyone got some insider knowledge, insights or ideas?
The other codes BLACKFRIDAY25 and NOV-ON11B-OT dont seem to do anything on the EPP portal.
