Seems to be the cheapest I can find after Grabone was gone. Doesn't say when the deal ends.

I used to buy car service vouchers from Grabone as well. Can I just change the engine oil at Oil Changers rather than doing a full car service at some workshops?

  This is a good price for a WOF, oil changers are fine for a service, I use them. A workshop will try and make you feel like their price is justified by listing a whole heaps of things they check but in reality not often necessary.
